EPS Structural Design
ADIC Engenharia develops the EPS Structural Design according to the specific characteristics of each Monolithic Panel project, based on technical analysis of the available information and documents.
Why is a structural design necessary?
The design defines the expected structural behavior, the resisting elements, the reinforcement, the connections and the details needed for execution. Every construction requires its own analysis — there are no universal structural solutions.
A design for each project
The EPS Structural Design is developed according to the specific characteristics of each project. The analysis depends on the technical information and documents available — there is no standard design applicable to every construction.
- Scope, deliverables, required documents, timeline and price are defined only after analysis.
- Additional technical information may be requested depending on the project's complexity.
- Submitting the request does not constitute a quote, a proposal, hiring or technical acceptance of the project.

The size and scale of the construction to be designed.

The number of floors planned for the building.
Characteristics and complexity of the building
The technical particularities and the level of complexity of the building.
Additional technical information
Additional information that may be requested according to the analysis.

Technical responsibility and the ART
- The need for and inclusion of the technical liability record (ART) will be defined case by case, according to the contracted scope and technical responsibility.
- The ART is not automatically included in every request — its issuance depends on what is defined in the proposal and contract.
- The responsible engineer will be identified in the official documents, when applicable.
- Changes on site must be submitted for review before execution.
- Execution must follow the approved documents.
- No name or license number is presented until it is officially provided.
