ADIC Engenharia was founded on July 2, 2015, when João Thiago Rodrigues decided to build a company capable of doing things differently.

From the very beginning, the goal was never just to execute construction projects. It was about transforming how we plan, build and relate to every client — bringing more technical rigor, organization, transparency and innovation to the construction industry.

Doing things differently also meant questioning traditional methods, pursuing more efficient solutions and seeing engineering as a tool for transformation. That path led Monolithic Panels to become central to ADIC's work: a technology capable of combining productivity, performance and a new vision for the future of construction.

Over the years, the company expanded to bring together construction management, execution, structural design, panel supply, training and technical consulting. Each new solution grew out of hands-on experience and a commitment to making technical knowledge accessible to clients, professionals and site teams.

More than building structures, ADIC works to build trust, develop people and turn projects into results. That same vision gave rise to training and social responsibility initiatives such as the Isopor com Elas project.

ADIC keeps evolving with the same conviction that marked its founding: engineering can be more efficient, human, responsible and innovative.
